ONSITE Labour Refresher / VBAC Class
About
This Labour refresher / VBAC session is for families who have had a previous labour & birthing experience and would like to refresh their knowledge of labour & birth.Maybe it's been a few years since your last baby, you birthed at a different hospital previously or would like more information around Vaginal Birth after Caesarean (VBAC) - this class is for you!
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and cover topics you are wanting information about.
This might include things such as: Stages of & coping with labour, when to come to hospital, pain relief, care after birth or feeding baby.
The session is ONSITE at MHW.
Date: Wednesday 4 February 2026
Time: 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Location: Level 3, Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
Cost: Free for Medicare card holders.
Suitable to attend from 26 weeks of pregnancy.
Only for families booked to have their babies at Mercy Hospital for Women.
