Holy Moly Musical Movement Circles are a powerful process of taking a journey from the mind to the body & soul, releasing emotions stored in the body, connecting with music, nature & spirit to discover joy, love, gratitude & hope. Our Holistic Arts activity prompts you to reconnect with your inner child, using a multiple of art materials, including pastels, paints, collaging & journals.
