Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates is an 8-week, physiotherapist-led Pilates program designed to support safe postnatal strength, mobility, and recovery - all in a baby-friendly environment.Classes focus on core and pelvic floor strength, posture, mobility, and whole-body conditioning, with all exercises modified to suit individual needs. Babies are welcome to play, rest, feed, or join you on the mat throughout the session.
Fridays | 9:30–10:30am
Term 1 starts Friday 6th February
Suitable for mums with new-borns to pre-walking babies
