A Thermomix® & Essential Oils Cooking Experience
After the beautiful response to their Chocolate Obsession Workshop in November, Katrina and April are back — just in time for Valentine’s Day 💝
Join us on Sunday, 8 February at 2pm for a relaxed, hands-on Valentine’s Day dessert workshop, where we’ll be creating a gorgeous mix of sweet treats. Expect a balance of chocolate favourites and lighter, fresh desserts — all designed to be simple, delicious, and perfect for sharing with the people you love.
April will be showcasing the Thermomix® TM7, demonstrating how effortlessly it handles dessert-making — from melting and blending to creating smooth, glossy finishes. Katrina brings her expertise in using essential oils safely and confidently in cooking, showing how a drop or two can gently enhance flavour in a natural way.
You don’t need to own a Thermomix to attend, and everything we make can easily be recreated at home.
This workshop is about learning, tasting, and enjoying the process together — no pressure, no stress, just good food and a lovely afternoon in the kitchen.
What to expect

Watch the TM7 in action as we prepare a selection of our favourite desserts, with plenty of tips you can take home.
💚 Essential Oils Made Simple
Katrina will guide you through how to use selected essential oils in desserts safely and with confidence, focusing on flavour, balance, and ease.
