Women’s Health Week: Advocate for your Health & Wellbeing
Women’s Health Week is Australia’s biggest campaign dedicated to the health and well-being of women, girls, and gender-diverse people.
Your health is your power, and your voice is one of the most important tools you have in any healthcare setting. Advocate for Your Health & Wellbeing is a conversation led by Luma’s Health Promotion Team, designed to equip women with the confidence, knowledge, and practical strategies to take charge of their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
In this session, we will explore how to navigate healthcare systems, ask the right questions, recognise when something doesn’t feel right, and confidently advocate for the care you deserve. We’ll also dive into everyday habits, healthy boundaries, and mindset shifts that support women to prioritise themselves in a world that often asks them to put others first.
Join us in this supportive and empowering space to learn, reflect, and strengthen your ability to advocate for yourself—because your wellbeing matters.
