Join Recfishwest for a fun, safe and hands-on fishing experience at our Fishing Clinics! Proudly supported by Healthway and Shimano, these sessions are designed to get kids outdoors, learning new skills and discovering the joy of fishing in a safe and sustainable way. Whether you’re casting a line for the first time or already a keen young angler, our clinics are the perfect way to build confidence, pick up new techniques and enjoy time by the water.This 90-minute session includes:
• 15 minutes – interactive talk and demonstration on fishing basics, safety and sustainability
• 60 minutes – guided fishing with all gear and bait supplied
• 15 minutes – wrap-up, Q&A and prize giveaways
Details:
• Cost: $15 per participant
• What’s included: All fishing gear, bait, prizes and up to two qualified instructors
• Capacity: Up to 30 participants per session
• Who can attend: For kids aged 7–12 (no older than 15). Parents are responsible for their children throughout the session
