Are you looking to enhance your supervision skills with other like-minded allied health, nursing and midwifery health professionals across rural WA?Western Australia Centre for Rural Health(WACRH) and University Department of Rural Health South West (UDRH SW) invite you to attend these free online masterclasses. Presentations by industry experts and workshop activities in each session – plus Western Australian case presentations and group discussions. Leave each masterclass with an action plan for your workplace. Certificates of attendance can be provided.

This interactive masterclass will support clinical supervisors to embed reflective practice and effective feedback within rural student placements. Participants will explore practical strategies for developing students’ feedback literacy and evaluative judgement, including their capacity to identify their own learning priorities.
The session will focus on how rural clinical supervisors can actively involve students in reflection and feedback processes, enabling them to learn from experience and take increasing responsibility for their professional development. Participants will leave with adaptable tools and approaches for supporting reflective, responsive, and self-directed future health professionals.
