Start the year looking after you
Prioritise your wellbeing as the term begins
Parents and carers raising children aged 0-18 years are invited to join Kiind online for our first Virtual MyTime in 2026!
As a new year begins, we find ourselves juggling new routines, appointments and expectations, which can feel especially demanding. This is a gentle reminder to pause and think about your own wellbeing and mental health too. Taking small moments for rest, support, and self-care is important; it helps recharge so we can continue our caring role. You matter, and looking after yourself is an essential part of the caring journey.
Virtual MyTime is a dedicated online space for parents and carers to connect. Whether you live in regional or remote areas or face barriers to attending in-person support groups, Kiind is here for you, no matter your location.
This session will be facilitated by Kiind and joined by guest speaker, Erin Griffin. Erin will be using her lived experience and background in community mental health, grief education, yoga, and meditation to provide attendees with practical self-care tips.
Join this safe and supportive environment to share ideas, experiences, and access valuable resources.
The information you provide will be kept private and confidential and will be used to create your MyTime membership.
By registering for this event you agree you have read and agreed with the MyTime member consent statement. MyTime is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services, nationally coordinated by the Parenting Research Centre and State.' Visit http://mytime.net.au for more information.
