2026 Transition Bondi - Mend & Remake
About
Make your wardrobe sustainable, one stitch at a time
Since March 2023, Transition Bondi has been running monthly Mend & Remake workshops. These sessions are a practical, welcoming space where people come together to reduce textile waste, learn skills, and support each other to repair and rework clothing.
Join us at Waverley Library for a hands-on workshop where all skill levels are welcome. Whether you are new to mending or already confident with a sewing machine, you will be supported to repair, alter, or creatively upcycle garments you already own.
We provide sewing machines, tools, and basic equipment. You bring the clothes you want to mend or remake.

Donate funds: You will have the option to make a cash donation when registering for this event. Any amount helps keep the workshops running and accessible.
-
Donate in kind: We accept fabric, sewing tools, notions, machines, and other useful materials.
