🍳 Cooking Classes at Lifestyle MetabolicJoin Lifestyle Metabolic’s professional chef and nutritionist for a series of small-group, hands-on cooking classes designed to turn nutrition science into practical, delicious meals you can confidently recreate at home.
These classes go beyond recipes. Each session explores a specific nutrition theme, unpacking the evidence, key nutrients, and real-world applications, then translating that knowledge into food that supports long-term health without sacrificing enjoyment.
With a maximum of 10 participants per class, sessions are interactive, personalised, and welcoming. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions, engage with the material, and experience food using all your senses.
Each class includes:
- Evidence-based nutrition education
- A live cooking demonstration
- Preparation of a complete meal (appetiser, main, and dessert)
- Practical tips for adapting meals to your own needs
- Tasting of the dishes prepared on the night
- Take-home resources to support learning beyond the session
- The focus is on sustainable eating patterns, not rigid rules or short-term diets.
