Join our small group, virtual training course to gain practical skills for your work. Lead high-stakes change and handle conflict with confidence by learning how to:
• Map implicit and explicit power, stakeholders, and how to move from backlash to buy-in.
• Unpack the theory behind transitions and challenging the status quo.
• Identify common triggers for opposition.
• Understand the role media plays in spreading stories about your projects.
• De-risk your team’s approach to community consultation, stakeholder engagement and media management.
• Leave with a dedicated course manual, packed with practical strategies for you to use.
• Connect with your peers and learn from their experience.
• Receive a 30 minute one-to-one follow-up with the course leader.
Outcome: leave this course equipped with case studies and practical strategies to manage contentious change during your next street and placemaking projects.
