Virtual Reality Simulation Orientation Session
About
Transforming Nursing Education through Virtual Reality SimulationThe Virtual Reality Simulation Orientation forms part of a research project investigating the use of immersive technologies to support clinical reasoning and decision‑making in nursing education. This orientation session introduces students to the virtual reality (VR) platform used in the study and provides an opportunity to become familiar with the equipment, navigation controls, and simulation interface prior to data collection.
During the session, participants will receive a guided walkthrough of the VR environment, an overview of the simulation workflow, and instructions on how to engage with the learning activities. The orientation is designed to ensure participants feel comfortable, confident, and adequately prepared before completing the study-related VR scenarios.
