Join the team on a filmmaking intensive designed for aspiring filmmakers, creatives, and storytellers who want to build real-world film skills, industry confidence, and local connections.
Run by Stair Light Productions, the course blends practical, hands-on learning with discussion-based insight into how the film industry actually works — from set etiquette and crew roles, through to camera operation, storytelling, and collaboration.
Rather than theory-heavy teaching, this program focuses on:

Working with professional film gear such as RED, ARRI, BLACK MAGIC DESIGN, PROAIM, RODE
Building confidence on set
Exploring DIRECTING, CINEMATOGRAPHY, AC, GRIP, SOUND,
Connecting with other local creatives
Whether you’re brand new or already have some experience, this course is about getting you moving, not waiting for permission.
What Will Be Taught
Across the sessions, participants will learn:
Core filmmaking roles (director, cinematographer, producer, sound)
