Back to Dance Bootcamp (Grades 4–12)Shake off the school holiday cobwebs and get your body moving again in our Back to Dance Bootcamp! This high-energy 90-minute class is designed for students in Grades 4–12 who are ready to ease back into dance and rebuild strength, coordination, and confidence.
The session will focus on:
- Re-engaging the body after a break
- Revisiting core dance technique and fundamentals
- Improving flexibility, strength, and control
- Getting dancers mentally and physically ready for the term ahead
Perfect for current dancers, returning students, or anyone wanting a strong, motivating start back to classes. This bootcamp is supportive, energising, and designed to meet dancers where they’re at while helping them feel confident and capable again.
No pressure — just movement, technique, and a great way to get back into the groove.
