Join Marika for the first sound immersion of 2026. This 90 minute event is designed to welcome in the Year of the Fire Horse - a period of passion, ambition, and dynamic change, while also giving you time to surrender and relax.Starting with guided relaxation journey through yoga nidra, the sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and more playing throughout the room will then create an immersive soundscape.
