About
Y Retreat camps are unique weekends away for people with a disability, hosted by Inclusion Services by the Y. They empower campers to have the choice and control over their weekend away, visiting various locations throughout Victoria. Y Retreat offers campers social connection, choice and control and the opportunity to develop their independent living skills.These camps are best suited for campers with 1:3 and 1:4 support needs and aged 7 - 17 years old.
Enrolment Process:
1. Register with Y Inclusion Services. If you are a new participant with us and don't have a current service agreement in place, please contact us first at info@yinclusion.org.au.
2. Complete this Application form and pay your $75 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and covers out of pocket camp expenses.
3. Camp Coordinator will send a Service Agreement listing all NDIS fees and Confirmation of successful enrolment to camp (the place on camp is pending a signed Service Agreement to be returned).
4. Reminder of upcoming camp will be sent 4 weeks prior to camp.
