Build beach confidence and have fun in the sun.A practical, hands‑on beach experience led by lifesaving instructors. Learn essential water safety skills such as recognising rip currents, understanding beach safety signs, using lifejackets, and practising simple rescue techniques.
You will enjoy activities including body boarding, nipper boards, beach games, and beach flags — all designed to build awareness, confidence, and skills for enjoying Australia’s beaches safely.
Option to meet either at 11:30am Flinders Station (under the clock) or
directly at 12:20pm Port Melbourne Life Saving Victoria, 38 Beaconsfield Parade, Port Melbourne.
