If you like music from the golden era of Hollywood musicals and Broadway, then you're sure to love Angelo Conway's Hits from the Great American Songbook.The show features songs such as: Fly me to the Moon, Dream a Little Dream of Me, Unchained Melody, The Way you Look Tonight, Come fly with Me, Fever, Edelweiss, Luck be a Lady Tonight and Singin’ in the Rain, just to name a few.
Angelo will be accompanied by a 4-piece band of some of the region’s best musicians, Stephanie Quinlan on bass, Cory Owens on drums, David Schirmer on piano, Shaun Fogharty on Sax.
Originally developed as part of Rockhampton Regional Council's Morning Melodies program, Angelo performed this show to a near-sell-out Pilbeam Theatre audience in 2025 and is bringing it back for one night only - put on your best suit & cocktail dresses & get ready to be transported back in time as Headricks Lane is transformed into the coolest jazz club in town.
Licensed bar will be operating all evening.
No food will be served at the event.
Food can be ordered downstairs at Headricks Lane and brought upstairs into the event space.
Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
