About
This continuing beginner course facilitated by German teacher David is for current Das Zentrum students continuing on from the Term 4 Continuing Beginner Course, or beginner learners with some pre-knowledge of German. The course teaches basic language skills for the purposes of communication, study, travel or enjoyment.The course will start in book A1, chapter 7.3.
You will learn how to use everyday expressions and simple sentences to be able to satisfy concrete needs; ask others simple questions and respond to their questions. We use Akademie Deutsch series as our main textbooks.
Textbooks are not included in the course fee and need to be purchased separately.
The course fees include $270 for 9 course sessions and a one-off $50 annual membership fee. First session takes place on 4. February 2026 and last session on 1. February 2026.
Minimum student numbers for this course is 11 students.
For planning purposes and to assess minimum student numbers, please RSVP and book by 30. January 2026.
Course fees are non refundable unless the course gets cancelled.
