Please join me for my Graduation Celebration Dinner, to be held at The Growers by Ponte, Thursday 29th January from 6pm.I have pre-selected a Two Course Dinner Menu for the adults, consisting of the following, however, please advise of any dietary requirements and / or food allergies when booking online, the team at The Growers will adjust your meal for you.
Two Course Meal; $50 pp
Shared Starters
1) House made ricotta | local honey | focaccia bread (v)
2) Local tuna ceviche | caramelized nan Jim | BBQ corn | avocado | crispy wonton
3) Tempura zucchini flowers | ricotta haloumi filling | local honey (v)
Mains: (served alternately)
Pan-fried Barramundi | warm tartare sauce
Crispy pork belly | house made smoked BBQ sauce
Shared Sides:
Crispy Warm Potatoes with Salad Cream.
Mixed Leaf Salad with Chardonnay Dressing.
Kids: $20 p/c
Two Course Kids Meal – includes vanilla ice cream for dessert

- Fresh pasta | napolitana sauce | parmesan (option: no sauce / with cheese)
