DNA Analysis with WATO (Online)
Are you ready to take your DNA analysis skills to the next level? Want to solve non-parental events or adoption cases, or fit those unknown matches into your tree? Learn how to use the What Are The Odds (WATO) tool for genealogy!
This two-hour seminar will teach you how to use the genealogical tool 'What Are The Odds?' (WATO) created by genealogist and web developer Jonny Perl at DNAPainter. This tool allows you to identify potential places where a DNA tester can fit into a family tree based on shared DNA, allowing you to solve mysteries in your own ancestry, as well as solving where unknown matches fit into your family tree.
Take your DNA research to the next level and learn:
- why you need to use WATO
- when you need to use WATO
- how to use WATO
- what conclusions you can draw with the results.
