Test & Tune – Burnouts Day

Supplementary Conditions of Entry & Participation

This Test & Tune event will operate Burnout Blvd and the Burnout Pad. All competitors, crew, and attendees must comply with these conditions, the AASA Manual, and all Avalon Burnouts rules and procedures.

1. Alcohol & Drugs
The possession or consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden within the venue.

Any alcohol located on site will be confiscated and not returned.

Any prohibited substances will be reported to and handed over to the appropriate authorities.

2. Animals
No animals are permitted on site, including the car park and inside parked vehicles.

Exception: authorised guide dogs only, accompanied by valid accreditation and required documentation.

3. Payments, Refunds & Transfers
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Vehicle/driver entries are non-transferable unless approved in advance by event management.

Approved transfers do not alter or waive any conditions of entry.

4. Driver Eligibility & Licensing
All drivers must present:

A valid event entry ticket, and

A current and valid AASA Competition Licence, appropriate for the activity.

Failure to produce a valid AASA licence at scrutineering or sign-on will result in:

Immediate exclusion of the driver and vehicle from the event, and

No refund or transfer of entry.

5. Compliance & Enforcement
Event officials and management reserve the right to:

Refuse entry,

Remove any person from the venue, or

Exclude or disqualify any driver or vehicle
for non-compliance with these conditions, the AASA Manual, or event instructions, without refund or compensation.

6. Acceptance of Conditions
By purchasing a driver entry ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read, understood, and will comply with these Conditions of Entry;

You are bound by the AASA rules, regulations, and disciplinary procedures; and

You agree to all rules, policies, and supplementary regulations issued by Avalon Burnouts.
