AUCKLAND New Zealand ADHD Conference 2026
We’re thrilled to be hosting the Third Annual New Zealand ADHD Conference – Auckland on Saturday 22nd August 2026.
This neuroaffirming event brings together a diverse lineup of nationally and internationally recognised experts, each sharing unique perspectives on ADHD through a combination of evidence-based knowledge, lived experience, and practical, real-world strategies. Across the day, attendees will deepen their understanding of ADHD across the lifespan while exploring ways to better support regulation, learning, wellbeing, and everyday functioning.
Designed to be practical, compassionate, and strengths-focused, presentations go beyond theory — offering tools and strategies you can immediately apply at home, in educational settings, or within professional practice. Alongside expert insights, the conference highlights inspiring stories and approaches that empower individuals with ADHD to thrive.
Suitable for parents, carers, educators, professionals, students, and ADHD adults (ages 14+), this event creates a welcoming space for learning, connection, and community. Those working in or studying education will find particular value, with a wide range of neurodiversity-focused topics aimed at supporting both individuals and students in meaningful ways.
In addition to the speaker sessions, attendees can connect with a range of exhibitors during breaks, discovering helpful services, resources, and supports.
Following the fantastic success of our previous conferences, we’re excited to deliver an even bigger and more impactful event in 2026. Tickets are expected to sell out, so we encourage early booking.
All tickets include a certificate of attendance. We also recommend purchasing a workbook ticket, which includes the conference workbook and guide at a reduced pre-event rate. Only a limited number will be available on the day at the higher price of $25.
