C.A.R.E.S - Aggression Management Training 
Crisis Assessment, Relational, Engagement Strategies (CARES), previously delivered as
PART Training, and The Mandt System Training, is a mandatory program for all Goulburn Valley Area Mental Health Service (GVAMHS) clinical and non-clinical staff.
The program is delivered over two days, with clinical staff attending both days and non-clinical staff attending Day 1 only.
To meet completion requirements, clinical staff must attend the full two-day training.
