🎟 Event Nature
This is a guided art workshop conducted in a creative studio environment.
No alcohol is sold, supplied, or served at this event.
🍷 Alcohol (BYO Policy)
This is a BYO alcohol event.
Attendees choose to bring and consume alcohol at their own discretion and responsibility.
The organisers do not provide alcohol, glassware, or bar services.
Anyone who appears intoxicated may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.
Excessive or unsafe drinking will not be tolerated.
🔞 Age Requirement
This event is 18+ only.
Valid photo ID may be requested on entry.
Under-18s are not permitted to attend.
🧠 Personal Responsibility & Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, other guests, and the venue.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety at all times.
🎨 Materials & Allergies
All paints and materials used are water-based and non-toxic.
Participants are responsible for informing organisers of any allergies or sensitivities.
Aprons may be provided, however organisers are not responsible for paint spills on clothing or personal items.
⚠️ Assumption of Risk
By attending, you acknowledge that participation involves minor risks, including but not limited to spills, slips, and accidental contact with art materials.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.
🧾 Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees release the organisers, instructors, and venue from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in the event.
This includes incidents related to BYO alcohol consumption, accidental damage, or personal injury.
📸 Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify staff otherwise prior to the event.
🏠 Venue Rules & Safety
Venue capacity limits, fire exits, and safety requirements must be respected at all times.
No candles, open flames, or external equipment permitted.
The organisers reserve the right to adjust seating or layout for safety reasons.
❌ Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or credit will be provided.
