This 2-day intensive teaches conceptual anatomy, length–tension relationships, and practical goniometry.You’ll learn how to understand anatomy like a language instead of memory, objectively assess joint range, relate it to tissue length, and come up with a custom stretching plan for yourself or your clients. You will get a taste of clinical reasoning where we partner up and practice on each other during the workshop. A great opportunity to ask questions, meet likeminded people and hang out at the gym for a sauna / ice bath. Made for beginners and people that want to level up their knowledge in the field. My first intensive workshop and im excited to share with you all.
