Clinical Peer Assessor Program Face to Face Sessions
The face to face session is the second part of the Clinical Peer Assessor Program, after the online module. This 2 hour session will give you the chance to get hands on practice in completing the BLS practical, ANTT practical and PPE Donning & Doffing competencies.
The sessions are held across campuses so please check session description to see location of the session.
By the end of this training, participants will:
• Consistently implement the principles of adult learning and effective training techniques.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the required competencies (BLS, ANTT, etc.)
• Demonstrate how to conduct structured competency assessments.
• Develop skills in providing constructive feedback and remediation.
• Understand the documentation and compliance requirements.
The session will be in small groups. There are a lot of people to get through this program so if you book into a session make sure you put it in your calendar and confirm with your manager that you are able to attend. If something changes and you are not able to attend please ensure you email me so I can open up the space for another participant.
