About
"Improvement on the Run" is a one day workshop to introduce staff to improvement science through an interactive workshop using a systematic and structured approach to improvement.The training is highly interactive and practical with the development of one example through the course of the training where participants use improvement techniques to create change.
Who Should Attend?
Any Health Service staff interested in developing their improvement skills & using them to improve local systems.
Facilitated by the Grampians Health Service Planning and Improvement Team.
