MOVE WITH FLOW Official Launch Day.A day of free movement classes for all levels of experience. Classes are 45 minutes and open to anyone of all levels and experience. Beginner friendly
Sunday 25th January at DUTI Studios, 82-84 Enmore Road, Newtown
2.30pm - Yoga & Mindful Movement (please B.Y.O. Mat)
3.30pm - Contemporary Floorwork
4.30pm - Groove with Flow (Street-dance Class)
5.30pm - Guided Improvisation
This is day is completely free. Please come to the allocated classes you have booked as there is limited space.
By attending you consent to being in a promotional video for MOVE WITH FLOW launch.
Donations would be gladly accepted to cover costs.
