Foam rolling is beneficial because it can reduce muscle pain, improve flexibility and promote relaxation. It's often used to address muscle tension and adhesions, making muscles more responsive to stretching and potentially enhancing performance. Foam rolling can also be helpful in managing delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and potentially improving recovery time after exercise.You’ll need Mat, foam roller and small massage ball or tennis ball/similar, towel and water! Only 15 places
PS There are elements of foam rolling that require some discomfort - think remedial massage, but the benefits are enormous when adding in stretching per person.
