Pathways Psychology Alumni Intensive
About
This two-day residential (with online option) CPD intensive offers counsellors and psychotherapists an immersive exploration of ProcessWork Psychotherapy approaches to trauma, dreaming, and relationships. Designed for Pathways’ alumniand practitioners with equivalent qualifications/experience in Processwork, it provides both professional depth and personal growth. The program integrates contemporary trauma-informed practice with ProcessWork
methods, guiding participants to develop awareness of the dreambody and the dynamics that emerge when stress and trauma are present in client work. Key topics include:
- Dreaming, body symptoms, and the dreambody as a path to deeper awareness
- Trauma and nervous system regulation integrated with Processwork structure
- Relationship phases and dynamics, including conflict, diversity, and nonlocality
- Life myth and early dreams as guides for personal and professional development
- Supervision opportunities and reflective practice
Delivery is experiential and practice focused, combining demonstrations, group discussion, dyad practice, supervision, and reflective exercises. Participants are encouraged to attend in person at the residential setting for the depth of community and embodied experience, though an online option is available for those unable to travel.
This intensive not only supports practitioners in refining their ethical and trauma- informed practice, but also deepens their ability to work creatively with diversity, relationships, and emerging states of consciousness. Participants can expect to
leave with enhanced skills, renewed inspiration, and greater capacity to respond to clients with awareness, compassion, and creativity.
