Thursday or Friday 11.45am-12.45pm

& Saturday 8.30-9.30am

Book in for a trial class for $15

Kinder Rec is for Pre Schoolers 4 to 5 years old ( min age to attend is 4 yrs old)

This is a drop and go class parents do not stay.

Kinder Rec is the next step into gymnastics for your 4 to 5 year olds being in the gym environment without their Parent.

This class is led by qualified coaches, children focus on gymnastics skills, fundamental movement skills, cross-patterning, brain development exercises and more. Professionally developed programs ensure that each activity is purposeful, safe and developmentally appropriate.

Classes run during School terms and are charged on a per term basis. 

Bring along a full water bottle.
Children with long hair need to have it tied back
Grip Socks must be worn in class- if you have a pair bring them along . thay can be purchased from stores like Big W
Wear clothing that will make it easy for your child to participate (tights, track pants, close fitting top)


We do not have a viewing area to sit and wait.
No food or drink is to be consumed in the gym during classes (only water)

If you enjoy your trial session you can enrol for the remaining weeks just contact us.

  •  No other parent or family members are to remain in the gym during the class

  • Bring along a full water bottle.

  • Children with long hair need to have it tied back
  • Socks must be worn in class- grip socks are preferred.
  • Wear clothing that will make it easy for your child to participate (tights, track pants, close fitting top)
  • We do not have a viewing area to sit and wait.
