A long-time sportswriter for major metropolitan newspaper The Sun (and beyond the merger) Herald Sun, Tony has for the past 15 years been employed by the Carlton Football Club as both journalist and historian.A lifelong Carlton supporter, Tony has also penned the biographies of former club champions Stephen Kernahan, Stephen Silvagni and Anthony Koutoufides.
Today he will discuss the infamous Bloodbath Grand Final of 1945, the legend of the then Carlton Captain Bob Chitty and Chitty's starring role of Ned Kelly in Rupert Kathner's 1951 film The Glenrowan Affair.
