Join us for a film screening of RISE UP, an inspiring documentary on current realities fighting and resisting from below. Funds from this event will be used to support an upcoming international women's conference taking place in Bogota, Colombia, held by 'Women Weaving the Future'. Food and drinks available.
The network Women Weaving the Future is an autonomous, internationalist feminist organization formed in 2018 to fight patriarchy and build a free world through women's collective struggle, focusing on solidarity, self-defense, and revolution by organizing diverse women globally to challenge systems of oppression and empower themselves through shared knowledge and action. They organize conferences, promote women's liberation, and support local women's movements, aiming to weave a new, just future.
