This gathering is an invitation to witches, pagans, and polytheists who wish to deepen their devotion to Hekate.

We will honour Hekate beyond the hallmarks of the dark goddess archetype, exploring her presence as Goddess of the Liminal, Overseer of the Crossroads, and Weaver of Fate!

You might be ready to call yourself her devotee or to dedicate yourself whether your path has a name or not.

Perhaps you are already walking a path of devotion to this ancient goddess but strive to deepen through ritual and peership.

In this workshop, we will:
🗝️ Worship in ways that honour ancient hellenic religion and modern revivalism;
🗝️ Discuss Hekate’s literature and myth in the context of thresholds and fate;
🗝️ Weave our own visions of who we are and who we are becoming;
🗝️ Craft personalised talismans and bless them at Hekate’s altar;
🗝️ Initiate ourselves and each other into deepened devotion.

Please bring:
🧿 A notebook and pen
🧿 A water bottle
🧿 You are welcome to wear a veil or devotional accessories during ritual though attendees must take care of their personal items and avoid bringing anything fragile.

Meet your facilitators!

Quinton Li (they/them) is a Timorese-Australian, queer, non-binary, and neurodivergent storyteller, educator, anthology curator, and counsellor-in-training based in Naarm. They are also a practicing witch, devotional polytheist, tarot reader, Seer, and priestex. In service to Hekate, they run the Sanctuary of the Crossroads, an online temple and community bringing the curious and devoted together through events, resources, and companionship. They hold devotion and working relationships with over a handful of deities and archangels who guide and inspire their path. Find more at quintonli.com.

Joni (she/they) is a practicing sorcerer and Hellenic polytheist dedicated to Hekate who is concurrently studying at the Blackthorne School and the Mt Nysa Mystery school. As part of her devotion she runs an online circle for Hekate each deipnon aligned with the southern hemisphere. She loves astrology, psychic and medium circles, tarot and all forms of divination. Their background is psychology, yoga, shamanism, and energy work, and she is also a certified Theta Healer. Joni is also an avid activist who campaigns for social change and the environment.
