Join us at the Performance Mindset Series for NSC National Level Swimmers with Anthony Klarica, supported by Jol FinckAnthony Klarica is a Sports Psychologist with over 25 years experience in supporting the Performance Mindset of individuals and teams at the highest levels of sport. From AFL Clubs to Olympic and Paralympic Swimmers, Anthony has helped volumes of athletes to build their Performance Mindset and supercharge their sporting achievements.
Anthony will be presenting a series of three 90min seminars of Performance Mindset for swimming, covering topics such as Goal Setting, Visualization and Delivering Performance, alongside many others. Anthony will be supported during the seminars by NSC High Performance Director Jol Finck, who will provide context and anecdotes from his 25 years in Performance Swimming Coaching.
All NSC National Level Swimmers are encouraged to sign up for and attend these highly valuable seminars.
Key Information Below:
- Dates: Tuesday 27th January, Thursday 26th February and Thursday 19th March, all 6:00pm until 7:30pm
- Venue: NSC Clubrooms
- Cost: $150 (covering all three sessions)
- Who: NSC National Qualified Swimmers only (Age and Open)
