WA Day of Voice 2026
Singers of all ages, abilities and genres are invited to join us for WA Day of Voice, where you’ll learn tips and tricks of vocal performance from some of Perth’s most experienced teachers and performers, including Chair of Classical Voice Lisa Harper-Brown and other leading industry professionals.
Who is this for?
Perfect for singers preparing for ATAR, AMEB exams, university auditions, community performances, or anyone who simply loves to sing and wants practical guidance.
What you’ll do on the day
- Take part in practical workshops/rehearsals
- Learn how to build confident performances through technique, interpretation and stagecraft
- Get tips on working with an accompanist
- Pick up ideas for practice strategies you can use straight away
- Enjoy performances by UWA voice students and staff
There will be opportunities for selected participants to sing in a supportive masterclass setting. You’re also welcome to attend as an active participant without singing solo.
Join us for a fun afternoon of music-making, and leave with new ideas, new confidence, and tools you can use straight away.
