Heart in Motion is a 2.5-hour reflective retreat supporting the transition from the Snake year into the expansive, forward-moving energy of the Horse. Through guided meditation, intentional journaling, and the mindful crafting of a smudge stick and heart-opening amulet, we’ll create space to slow down, release what’s complete, and reconnect with what truly matters. This gentle, heart-led experience invites clarity, presence, and embodied intention — offering a meaningful pause before stepping into the next cycle with openness and momentum.What to bring: Your favourite journal and pen, a yoga mat, water bottle and anything else you need to keep you comfy.
