The UQ Red Heavies are excited to officially launch the 2026 season with our premier corporate event of the year — the Red Heavies Season Launch Breakfast, proudly Presented by Morgans, Australia’s largest full-service retail stockbroking and wealth management firm.Set against the stunning backdrop of Hillstone St Lucia Golf Links, this year’s breakfast will bring together our players, coaches, alumni, members, supporters and corporate partners for a high-energy morning celebrating everything that makes the Red Heavies special: community, tradition, performance and ambition.
Guests will enjoy a premium hot breakfast, including pastries, plus tea and coffee, while soaking up the excitement of a new season — including key updates from the club, our goals for 2026, and a look ahead to what’s shaping as a huge year for rugby in Queensland.
We will also host a lively program featuring special guest speakers (to be announced soon), plus opportunities to connect with the Red Heavies network and support the club through our raffle and live auction, featuring some truly outstanding prizes and experiences thanks to our corporate partners.
