The 2026 College Opening Assembly: Celebrating Academic Excellence marks the beginning of the College year and provides an opportunity to formally recognise outstanding academic achievement within the Damascus College community. The assembly celebrates members of the Class of 2025 for their academic accomplishments at the conclusion of their studies, while also acknowledging current Year 12 students who received academic awards in the previous year. Graduates are welcomed back to the College alongside their Parents and Carers and invited guests, as they are recognised as alumni and celebrated within the wider College community. The event concludes with morning tea, providing an opportunity for connection and reflection as the 2026 school year begins.
