SMHS 2026 Mental Health First Aid Course
About
Learn about the signs and symptoms of common and disabling mental health problems in Health Professional Students, how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what help has been shown by research to be effective, and how to provide first aid in a crisis situation.This face-to-face workshop is the second component of training you should complete if you want to be acknowledged as an accredited Mental Health First Aider.
Must complete online training (6-8 Hours) first! Please email your certificate of completion to ruth.wallace@ecu.edu.au a minimum of 7 days prior to attending the workshop.
Cost: $75 (includes a hard copy MHFA manual)
