Move2Heal - Women's Somatic Workshop
About
Move2Heal is a half-day somatic healing workshop for women who are ready to soften, release, and reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body.This is a gentle yet powerful space where movement becomes a language, emotion is met with compassion, and the body is given permission to let go of what it has been holding.
You will be guided through an embodied process that supports you to:
~ tune into your body and its sensations
~ connect with an emotional pattern or life phase that is ready to shift
~ move and release without needing to relive or retell your story
~ reconnect with a sense of ease, freedom, and aliveness
Move2Heal weaves together somatic movement, guided reflection, and moments of stillness to support deep emotional release and nervous-system regulation. The work is held with care, choice, and respect for each woman’s unique pace.
No dance experience is needed ~ All movement is self-led and optional
This workshop is offered as a limited, one-of-a-kind experience to ensure depth, safety, and spaciousness.
