Bellingara Netball Courts
Adrienne is a physiotherapist who works with kids from 0-21. She holds a Master of Physio and Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in movement science, as well as a certified group trainer and clinical Pilates trained. As a keen netballer, she knows how to target all the right areas and teach you how to connect with your body. Expect a full body session with the iconic Pilates burn!
Investment: $200 per person for the term
🏋🏽♀️ Sutherland S&C Squad with Jared Wilson
Wednesday 4.30-5.30pm starting Wednesday 4 February, concluding Wednesday 1 April
Strength Space - Caringbah
Jared Wilson is a former high-level basketballer who has transitioned into athlete development following his playing career. He now works as a basketball skills coach and strength & conditioning practitioner, supporting athletes with skill refinement, physical preparation, and performance habits to help them develop confidence, resilience, and professionalism on and off the court.
Investment: $250 per person for the term
