Your weekend pass includes:
Black Toyota Black Tie Ball - 6pm - 12pm
• Exclusive entry
• Champagne on arrival
• Champagne, beer and wine all night long
• Three course dinner including canapes, sit down main course, dessert platters
• Cocktails inspired by our local Western QLD Spirit will be available to purchase.
* 125 years celebrations with a Charity Auction with proceeds going to the Roma Hospital Auxiliary.
• Bar available for spirit purchases
• Brisbane Band "Groove Elements" will rock the dancefloor all night long.
Dress Code - Black Tie
Saturday Race Day
Gate Open 11am - late
• 6 Race Program
• Calcutta at Main Bar from 12pm
• Afternoon tea in the air conditioned Wool Court from 3:30pm
• Live band starts at 5:30pm until late
Weekend Passes costs $265per person or $250per person with table of 10.
General Race Day Admission $20 per person - EARLY BIRD SPECIAL TIL Friday 27th March - RACE DAY ENTRY ONLY - 18+
$30 per person on RACE DAY.
Under 18 years old - Free and must be off grounds by 6pm
