Join us for an intimate evening of wine, conversation, and craftsmanship as we welcome Waldo Smit of Muto Wines for our first “Meet the Maker” tasting event.Muto Wines based in Tallbrook Victoria is a proudly family-run and family-owned winery, driven by a deep respect for land, people, and process. With an uncompromising focus on quality and sustainability, Waldo’s wines speak quietly but confidently—expressive, thoughtful, and made with intent from vineyard to bottle.
Throughout the evening, Waldo will guide guests through a curated tasting of five Muto wines, sharing the stories behind the vines, the philosophy that shapes the range, and the subtle decisions that define each wine. Each tasting will be thoughtfully paired with artisan cheeses, selected to complement and elevate the wines in the glass.
To conclude the evening, guests will enjoy a full glass of their choice from the Muto Wines range, allowing you to linger, reflect, and savour your favourite discovery.
