Fleur Lacey and Sarah Jury invite you to Ground with Ganesha.As the height of summer settles, join us to ground back into the body with the steady, supportive presence of Ganesha - the guardian of thresholds and the remover of obstacles.
This practice is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and root into what is steady and true beneath the busyness of the season just passed. Through story and somatic experience, we will evoke Ganesha’s energy to support grounding, stability, life's sweetness and gentle clarity as we transition into the months ahead.
Together we will explore:
- the mythology and symbolism of Ganesha
- mantra to steady the mind and nervous system
- pranayama (breathwork) to support grounding and embodied presence
- mudra to anchor awareness in the body
- a grounding flow to reconnect with strength and presence
- yin shapes to soften, integrate, and settle deeply
This is a practice of remembering your centre - not by effort, but by returning to the wisdom of the body and the quiet support that is already here.
All are welcome. No prior experience with mythology or mantra is needed - just a willingness to arrive as you are.
