This weekly class offers a gentle introduction to the foundations of meditation, creating a safe space to learn how to sit in stillness without pressure or expectation.Rather than trying to stop the mind, we learn how to observe thoughts, emotions, and sensations as they arise — without judgment or resistance. The focus is on cultivating regulation, presence, and awareness, allowing the practice to unfold naturally.
This class offers simple, supportive tools to help students build a sustainable meditation practice they can continue and deepen on their own over time.
Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome — whether you are an experienced meditator or completely new to meditation.
This event is non-refundable and non-transferable.
