Ballarat Catholic Secondary Transition Day is where our Ballarat Catholic Primary School LDLs have the opportunity to meet with each of our Ballarat Catholic Secondary Schools to discuss transitioning year six students. Each school will be allocated a time to meet with a designated Secondary staff member with the purpose of building on information that has already been shared with the Secondaries via enrolment and year 6 teacher transition forms. This process also aims to support a successful transition for students and assist our secondary schools in developing meaningful PSG agendas and PLPs.Learning Outcomes:
