Deniz Molokov (Class of 2000)
Chief Information Security Officer, Downer Group
Since graduating from Beaconhills College in 2000, Deniz has built an accomplished career in technology and cyber security across some of Australia's largest organisations. He is currently the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Downer Group, leading the protection of critical infrastructure, sensitive data and digital systems across Australia and New Zealand.
With expertise spanning cyber security strategy, risk management and organisational resilience, Deniz has led major security programs, managed real-world cyber incidents and advised executive teams and Boards on complex cyber risks. A highlight of his career has been building high-performing teams while contributing to national conversations on cyber security and critical infrastructure protection.
Paige Haines (Class of 2018)
Cyber Educator & Capability Consultant – CyberCX
Since graduating from Beaconhills College in 2018, Paige Haines has built a career at the intersection of communication, human behaviour and cyber security. A cyber educator, storyteller and community builder, she has helped more than 600 professionals develop a deeper understanding of digital risk and learn to think like attackers.
Drawing on her background in consulting and marketing, Paige specialises in cyber security education, culture and capability building, with a strong focus on making complex cyber concepts accessible, engaging and people-centred.
