ongoing student training, we are running a clinic for advanced students,
and you are invited to attend as a recipient!

VENUE:
 Great Eastern Hwy, Redcliffe WA 6104

COST: This year, we decided to stagger the price of the tickets to reflect the growth and development of the group over the weekend. As students build confidence and experience, the cost increases accordingly. As such, Saturday is the most affordable session, while Sunday afternoon is priced higher, reflecting the more advanced stage when students are preparing to step into their role as fully qualified practitioners. 

DATE OPTIONS: 
Saturday 14th Feb:        2.30pm - 5.30pm ($55.00)
Sunday 15th Feb (AM):  9.45am - 12.45pm ($60.00)
Sunday 15th Feb (PM):  1.30pm - 4.30pm ($65.00)

We ask each recipient to arrive a few minutes before the advertised start time, so we can start promptly on time. Please only book in if you can arrive on time and are flexible with the finishing time.

ABOUT THE TECHNIQUE: Imagine the sensation of sinking into a deep and blissful state of rest, as someone does the ancient Tibetan version of reflexology on your feet. As you slowly (even reluctantly) come back to your body and roll over, you experience the gentle splashes as therapeutic-grade essential oils are applied up your spine and to your tired muscles. These oils are then 'feathered in' using a spine-tingling technique inspired by the Native Americans, combined with massage. You can't get more pampered than this!

At Aromatica, we LOVE Raindrop Technique, and we want to make sure our practitioners are trained to the highest skill level possible. Our student clinic allows our teachers to observe our Level 2 students while they give a full Raindrop Technique, and offer tips and tweaks and coaching as needed. This helps our student practitioners to get the absolute BEST results for you in a Raindrop Technique.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL AROMATICA CLINICS:

• It's really important to us that you are able to arrive by the scheduled starting time, and stay until the scheduled finishing time...
  We know life can get busy, but our students will be waiting excitedly to meet you! Once your essential paperwork is complete, all sessions begin together, therefore if you are late, it affects every other recipient and we feel this isn't fair. As such, if you arrive late (more than 5 minutes past the start time), unfortunately we have no choice but to forfeit your session. No refund applies in these circumstances, which is why we recommend you arrive a few minutes early. 
• We ask that all student clinics are paid for in full at the time of booking. As soon as you've paid, your place is reserved :)
• We try to keep costs as low as possible, and because of this, your payment is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another clinic should you find yourself unable to attend for any reason. 
• If this is the case, we recommend that you find somebody else who would love to attend in your place, and then advise us of this person's name and contact details so that we can update our records. 
• Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the clinic, and unable to find someone to attend in your place, so we can give somebody else the opportunity to receive this beautiful experience.
   

IN THE EVENT OF US CANCELLING A CLINIC...

• If a clinic must be cancelled (eg. due to insufficient numbers), you will receive a full refund, or you may opt to transfer the full amount paid to a future clinic.  

IMPORTANT:

You will be asked to sign a Release and Indemnity Form as part of your session. Because we are training students as part of this clinic, please do not book in if you have a current blood clot or are a foot amputee. If you are pregnant, we have additional forms for you to read and complete. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are (or may be) pregnant.
